Project Management
Birse Metro provides Project Management services specific to the requirements
of the London Underground network.
We have extensive experience of the delivery of projects from feasibility stage to funding applications, design, cost and programme management, implementation and close out, all of which were carried out on our Extended Arm Contract with Infraco BCV, SSL and JNP. Safety and quality management are prime objectives and we are able to fulfill the Principal Contractor and Planning Supervisor roles.
